High Stake North London Darby, and why was Amorin Sacked?

Just 11 matchweeks left in the season and Arsenal is doing it’s best Biathlete impersonation, and letting everyone catch up first. (Watch Here).

The Table is getting tight as the season enters the final third, we will start putting in the up to date league table starting next week, so you can see where your team is positioned going into the weekend. (Wolves fans, you really don’t need a table)

πŸŒ™ Manchester City vs ⚫️ Newcastle β€” 12:00 PM PT β€” NBC
Manchester City bring a dominant Etihad record into this clash, unbeaten in their last 21 home Premier League matches against Newcastle and winning each of the last 16. Pep Guardiola’s side have also tightened defensively in recent weeks, conceding just eight goals across their last 12 league games, while Phil Foden sits on 99 Premier League goal involvements and could become the sixth City player to reach 100.

Newcastle, though, have already beaten City once this season, with Harvey Barnes scoring twice in a 2-1 win at St. James’ Park β€” but their away record against top opposition remains a concern. The Magpies are winless in their last 10 league trips to top-half sides and have never won a Premier League match at the Etihad in 20 attempts, the most games played at a venue without a victory in competition history.

Arsenal Arsenal Arsenal… why are you the way you are? After their midweek loss draw, there is officially blood in the water. The question will be, can Spurs capitalize?

The Gunners are under growing pressure after dropping points from winning positions in three of their last five league games, including surrendering that two-goal lead against Wolves, which was the first time a team starting the day top has failed to win after leading by two against the bottom sideπŸ† .
On the bright side, Arsenal have won six of their last seven Premier League meetings with Tottenham, including each of the last four.

Spurs, meanwhile, are winless in eight league matches and are the only side yet to record a Premier League victory in 2026, marking their worst start to a calendar year since 1994. Just let that sink in. Tottenham will turn to new manager Igor Tudor, who has won his first match in charge at each of his last five clubs. Will it be enough for a club that has lost their last three home league games against Arsenal, which are as many defeats as in their previous 23 before that.

I guess we’ll see who can stand the heat, and who will be getting out of the kitchen.
